Lab Inventory

In preparation for the moves to the Biomedical Sciences and Physics building, we need to begin taking inventory of all equipment in your lab. 

Please find a copy of our training presentation that was presented at our 5 trainings for reference. We have also recorded a training session for you to watch if you missed a training session. In addition, you should have received an email with smartsheet information. If you have not received the email or have any issues with smartsheet, please email Heather Porto  or Sara Anastos. Please let us know if you have any questions or issues. 

Inventory is due no later than Friday, November 29.

If you need additional asset tags, please let Sara Anastos know.

Next Steps:

After we receive your inventory, we will visit your lab to validate the inventory and address any questions we have. Once that’s completed, we will place your equipment and schedule a move discussion with each PI review the drawing with all of your equipment placed. During this meeting we will discuss equipment locations, equipment that requires manufacturer coordination and any other concerns you may have.
